Chrysler has revealed its redesigned 2014 Jeep Cherokee SUV ahead of its global debut at the upcoming New York International Auto Show to be held during 29 March to 07 April 2013 in the US.
The new redesigned vehicle is expected to be powered by a 3.2L V-6 engine, based on the automaker’s 3.6L Pentastar engine. The coming Cherokee SUV is claimed to come with improved fuel economy of about more than 45% compared to the outgoing model. It will be built at the Chrysler Group’s Toledo Assembly Plant in Toledo, Ohio, which is currently being retooled since August 2012 for the production of the Liberty replacement. Jeep’s Twitter account was hacked on Tuesday, following Burger King’s Twitter account being hacked by Anonymous. The #BlameAnonymous hashtag is behind the most recent of Twitter attacks.
The very first tweet said “WELCOME BACK CADILLAC #300,” which was followed by messages and photos. Jeep’s bio was also changed to -“The official Twitter handle for the Jeep – Just Empty Every Pocket, sold to Cadillac… In a hood near you!”
The hackers had gotten onto Burger King’s Twitter page and transformed it into one giant advertisement for McDonalds. Read the rest of this entry
